How to order online? Once you have selected an item, the colour and the quantity, you can simply add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon. You can remove or change items in your cart at any time. You can check what you've selected by clicking "Shopping Cart" at any time. Once you have finished shopping and have reviewed your cart simply click "Submit Order". Your order may be submitted online or if you prefer to place your order by phone or fax, simply print a copy of the order and call us at 1-877-LOTZ-835.

Order Confirmation and Status: Once you place your order you will, within 24-48 hours, receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was received.

Credit Cards: Lotz of Africa Imports accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express

Cheques: If you send a personal cheque as payment, we will ship the item once the cheque has been processed and cleared.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds: Our return policy guarantees a full refund upon the return of the merchandise in a resalable condition within 7 days. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on any items that have been damaged. All shipments will be billed to your own account.

Back orders or Delays: If any item is not in stock or is on back order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the choice of waiting for the item, or cancelling your order. Our special order items require payment in full when the order is placed.

Changing your Order: If after placing your order you need to make any changes please contact us at 1-877-LOTZ-835.

Shipping Charges: All shipments are sent by UPS or Canada Post unless otherwise specified and do not include shipping charges in Canada or USA. We ship all orders insured.

Shipping: Most of Lotz of Africa's items arrive in 8-10 weeks. Special order items take up to 12 weeks.

Gift Wrapping: Lotz of Africa can gift wrap accessory items for a nominal charge. Please email us or call for prices.

Privacy and Security Information: We want you to feel comfortable shopping online at Lotz of Africa Imports. Any information collected is used only for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders and to contact you in case of troubles in processing an order.

We assure you that we will never divulge any of your personal information to any third party for any reason at all. We will not rent, sell or loan any of our customer's information to anyone. We have strict security guidelines in place and will honor your privacy at all times.

Occasionally, we may send you an e-mail notifying you of items that are new to the site. We respect your privacy and will never spam you. If you receive an email from us and wish to receive no more, simply reply with the word "remove" in the subject line and you will not receive any more mailings from us.
